We are pleased to inform that on 01 – 02 Dec. 2014 the Ombudsman took part in a conference in Berlin, entitled “Helping students succeed: Core elements of student support”. Anna Cybulko received an invitation to the event from the European Association of International Education (EAIE).
The Ombudsman’s presentation was scheduled as part of the panel: “Higher Education Ombudsmen: Resort of Last Help and of last Hope?” which were hosted by Josef Leidenfrost (Austria) and Helga Nolte (Germany).
