About the Ombudsman of the University of Warsaw

The office of the Ombudsman at the University of Warsaw is currently held by Magdalena Miksa.
Magdalena Miksa is a lawyer, certified trainer, and mediator. She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw and completed the Postgraduate Studies in Negotiation, Mediation, and Other Alternative Dispute Resolution at the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. Since 2018, she has served as Deputy Academic Ombudsman for Student Affairs and Anti-Mobbing Coordinator at the University of Warsaw.
She has extensive experience in handling student and doctoral student cases. As part of her work, she meets with individuals in need of assistance. She strives to understand the problem and support them in finding solutions. She specializes in conflict resolution and anti-mobbing. Conducts student and employee mediation and training in anti-mobbing and conflict resolution.
