After the ENOHE conference

Wednesday 6 June – Friday 8 June Academic ombudsman and Magdalena Miksa attended conference ENOHE (the European Network for Ombudsmen in Higher Education). The title for this year´s conference was “Resolving Conflicts on Campus: Strategies for Enhanced Policies and Effective Operations”, and it was hosted by the University of Edinburgh, Scotland, UK. During three days of excellent sessions on developing effective policies and good practice in the handling of student complaints.
