From June 26 to June 28 Academic ombudsman participated in The 15th ENOHE Annual Conference in León, Spain. The theme of this year’s conference was: “Defending and Protecting Rights within Higher Education: Stocktaking, Looking Ahead”. The result of the conference was a full-day workshop conducted by Jean Grier from the University of Edinburgh on how to conduct explanatory proceedings in the case of complaints submitted by students at universities in Scotland.
