Meeting on the Gender Equality Plan for the University of Warsaw

On the 23rd of January, a meeting on the implementation of the equality policy of the University of Warsaw was held. The meeting was organized by dr Julia Kubisa, an Equality Specialist, with assistance from the University Ombudsman, Anna Cybulko.
The participants of the meeting discussed the stages of the Equality Plan that were introduced so far as well as working practices, distribution of tasks, and the involvement of various university units in the implementation of the GEP. Mrs. Joanna Wąsowska, the Rector’s Proxy for HR Development, presented her assistance program for women in the academia.
The meeting was attended by representatives of the Ombudsman’s Team, the International Relations Office, Promotion Office, Office for Persons with Disabilities, the Legal Office, the Office for the Implementation of the Comprehensive Development Program, Office for Quality of Education and the Office for Structural Projects.
