With reference to the Ordinance No. 217 of the Rector of the University of Warsaw of September 29, 2020 on the functioning of the University of Warsaw during the epidemic announced in connection with SARS-CoV-2 virus infections, the following rules for the functioning of the Academic Ombudsman’s Office were introduced until further notice:
Academic Ombudsman for student and employee affairs, dr. Anna Cybulko PhD is in the office on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday.
The deputy academic ombudsman for student affairs, Magdalena Miksa M.A is available at the office on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.
The Office of the Academic Ombudsman does not accept visitors. Our employees are available by e-mail during office hours, i.e. from 9.00 to 15.00. Please be patient. We will answer every message!
