With reference to the Rector’s Announcement of March 16 this year. on the principles of functioning of the University of Warsaw in the period of an epidemic threat, introduced – until further notice – the following principles of operation of the Office of the Academic Ombudsman:
Academic spokeswoman for student and employee affairs, Anna Cybulko is in the office on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday.
The deputy academic spokeswoman for student affairs, Magdalena Miksa is available at the office on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.
The Office of the Academic Ombudsman does not receive visitors. Our employees are available by e-mail during office hours, i.e. from 9.00 to 15.00. Please be patient. We will answer every message!
