You can contact the Ombudsman in person, by phone or via email.

The Ombudsman Office hours are Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. 

 

It is advisable to make an appointment in advance. You may also visit the Ombudsman during her office hours without an appointment but since priority is given to the scheduled visitors, this may result in a long wait or the need to come back another time.
