Academic ombudsman Dr. Anna Cybulko, together with the equal opportunity chief specialist Anna Grędzińska, participates in the conference “Community of diversity, equality and integration – towards supporting well-being and sustainable development” at the University of Silesia in Katowice.
The conference is important for scientific and social reflection on the meaning and manner of applying the principles of diversity, equivalence and inclusion in academic and non-academic environments.
A meeting devoted to the problems of policy implementation and diversity, equality and diversity, but also other aspects of the development of the well-being of various groups, due to the adaptation of the gender context.
The guests of the conference are concepts from various scientific disciplines, as well as the person responsible for the implementation of equality and diversity policies and the development of well-being in universities and primary environments.
The conference is a summary of the two-year international project “Gender equality program in the academic environment – increasing diversity” /GEPARD/ available under the Erasmus + “Strategic Partnerships” program by the University of Silesia in Katowice together with partners from 5 countries whose control is the tools for applying equality policies.
