On September 12 a working meeting was held by an UW Equality Specialist Julia Kubisa and Ombudsman academic for student and employee affairs Anna Cybulko. The meeting was attended by representatives of the International Relations Office, the Welcome Point, the UW Press Office, UW Promotion Office, the Volunteer Center, as well as the Coordinator of the Rector’s Committee for Preventing Discrimination, the Anti-Mobbing Coordinator and Secretary of The Anti-Mobbing Committee and the UW DELab representatives. The aim of the meeting was to create a structured communication strategy, under which using the various tools we will inform the UW community and the environment (media, candidates, graduates, also other universities, public administration, private sector, etc.) on the activities we undertake and the proposed forms support in case of problems. Coordination of our activities will also allow for better sharing of knowledge, good practices, information about conferences and networking opportunities.
